LIMITED WARRANTY OVERVIEW

We back up every jewelry piece we sell and offer a comprehensive set of warranties so that you can purchase your jewelry with confidence. If you have any issues with a piece that came from us, rest assured we will take care of you every step of the process and make sure there is a resolution to the problem. We truly want to make it right! All you need to do is message or call us just like during the design process and we’ll help you out. If the changes you need wouldn’t have impacted the initial purchase price, we will then for you at no charge. We will only charge for upgrades, like adding more accent diamonds, going with a more intricate design, or using a design that has more gold/platinum/etc.

CHARLESTON ENGAGEMENT RINGS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We will do everything we can to make sure you are confident of what you are getting before designing your piece but if you aren’t ecstatic once you receive your custom ring, we’ll modify or remake it for free. We do ask that you would let us know within 14 days of receiving your ring.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

We guarantee our workmanship and take responsibility for any structural defects.

CONFIDENCE IN AUTHENTICITY

All the materials (metals, diamonds, and gemstones) we sell are authentic and you will receive an appraisal on any lab grown diamond engagement ring you purchase from us ($2,000 purchase and above). You will also receive a third-party certificate with any large (.75 Carat+) lab grown diamond center stone/s you purchase from us for your protection and confidence.

ACCENT STONE LOSS WARRANTY

In the first year after creating the rings, if any small accent stones (<$100 value) break or fall out of their settings, unless there is obvious damage beyond normal wear and tear, we will replace them free of charge.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

● We’ll send you a prepaid and insured return shipping label for any repairs, resizes, or remakes.

● We are not an insurance company so we do not sell insurance for your piece. We suggest that you insure your piece through a separate jewelry policy from an insurance company, or through a jewelry specific insurance company like jewelersmutual.com. To make this simple, we give you an appraisal with every lab grown diamond engagement ring purchase over $2,000 and you will receive a third party certificate with any large (.75 Carat+) lab grown diamond center stone/s you purchase from us (unless otherwise discussed). This is everything you will need to get your ring and center stone/s insured!
